The President claims you can keep your health insruance if you like it. He further claims it will reduce costs. Then he claims it's not a government takeover......It appears that the opponents of the reform package were correct. Companies would be incentivized to drop health coverage for employees, costs would not go down, but go up, and if left alone, the government will be the primary healthcare provider.

It appears the unintended consequences of the healthcare bill are true. Costs won't be contained. Private companies may have to drop private coverage because of soaring costs via taxes imposed by the healthcare bill. I suspect the congress and President aren't that stupid and they knew this would happen. It's set up to happen.
